Hi everyone!  I have a peer to peer for a patient next week.  He started TMS with our practice at the end of 2023 and did two full rounds, and now does maintenance 2-3 times per week, depending on his schedule.  I am not sure what has triggered this peer review.  Every previous PA we submitted for him was approved for 60 treatments with no request for additional information or records.  This time, however, Tricare is asking for everything and the kitchen sink!  Does anyone have any advice?  I have already requested that the patient write a letter and I'm trying to gather as much evidence in support of maintenance treatments.
