I am an ER doctor running a ketamine practice.  I will be introducing TMS next month and I am looking for someone which experiernce with TMS who is paneled with insuraces in California who can do:

• Initial psychiatric evaluation 

• Determines diagnosis (usually MDD) and medical necessity for TMS.

• There is ongoing oversight
