Lucas Borrione

Dr. Borrione specialized in general psychiatry and non-invasive brain stimulation and has been working in the Interdisciplinary Service of Neuromodulation (Institute of Psychiatry, University of São Paulo, Brazil) for 7 years. His main area of expertise is the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders, both in clinical assistance and research. Dr. Borrione holds a Master of Science degree in liaison psychiatry and is currently completing his PhD in home-based tDCS for the treatment of major depressive disorder. He also supervises medical students in the University of São Paulo.
